About Agile

You don’t need to know Agile to work with Kingfisher BI.

Projects are run using an Agile approach because it gives clients clearer visibility into what’s currently being worked, what’s coming next, and how decisions affect scope. You don’t need prior experience with Agile tools or terminology to benefit from it. At a practical level, this means work is broken into short, focused iterations. Before each iteration begins, I share what I plan to work on next so there are no surprises. You can see progress as it happens and provide feedback regularly, rather than waiting until the end of a project to find out something isn’t quite right.

This approach helps keep scope transparent, priorities clear, and expectations aligned. It also allows projects to adapt when new information emerges — which is especially important in data and analytics work, where discoveries often change what makes the most sense to build. If you’ve never worked this way before, I’m happy to give a brief overview of how it works and what to expect. The goal isn’t to turn you into an Agile expert — it’s to make sure we stay aligned, informed, and moving in the right direction throughout the project.
